Meet Chinasa Lovlyn Nwachukwu

Hi, I’m Lovlyn, founder of My Mental Health and I (MMHI), a platform dedicated to mental health education, advocacy, and community. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have a deep passion for supporting individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

My journey in mental health began with personal experiences that sparked a desire to make mental health resources more accessible and relatable, particularly within African communities. Since then, I have dedicated myself to creating content, hosting conversations, and providing services that empower individuals and organizations to prioritize mental well-being.
